How it works

Five steps, defined up front.

No open-ended discovery, no surprise scope. Each stage has a clear output and a clear decision point before the next one starts.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We learn how your business currently works.

We walk through your current process step by step — the tools, the handoffs, and the places where work slows down. Nothing gets designed before we understand the workflow.

  2. 02

    Plan

We identify the best digital solution.

We define scope, features, and priorities, then agree on what the first version should include and what can wait for a later phase.

  3. 03

    Design

We design the user experience and system.

We map the screens, the data, and the flow between them, so the people who use the system every day can move through it quickly.

  4. 04

    Build

We develop and test the solution.

We build in reviewable increments and test against real scenarios from your business, not just ideal cases.

  5. 05

    Launch

We deploy the finished product and provide ongoing support.

We deploy, help your team get comfortable with it, and stay available for adjustments and ongoing support as agreed.

Ownership

Your business should own its digital presence.

We think a business should be able to keep operating its own website, application, and data without depending on any single vendor to stay in business. That's how we prefer to structure work.

What that means in practice varies by project. Ownership of source code, hosting accounts, domain registration, third-party service accounts, and any licensed components is defined in the written agreement for each engagement. We put it in writing before work begins rather than leaving it to assumption.

Start your project.

The first step is a conversation about how your business currently works. There's no cost to that.
